FG7

A small compact unit able to twist at high speed all types of compacted, compressed or stiffened chains. Chains can be flat, round, square etc. All of the movements are motorised and centrally controlled by a programmable controller, thus with no cams to adjust or change, turnover time is reduced to a minimum. Able to memorise upto 100 different programs.
The FG7 twists chains indifferently left and right, alternating pitch, direction and twists simultaneously. Even able to vary the degree of twist within the same spiral. Very simple tooling which can partially be re-used for different chains.
